How It Works

If you're not completely satisfied with your Oil of Oregano softgels for any reason, you can return them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund - no questions asked.

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our customer support team at help.evarya@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return (optional)
  3. We'll send you return instructions and a return address

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. You will need to pay $9.95 USD upfront to ship your return back to us. This return shipping fee covers processing, handling, and logistics.

Important: The $9.95 return shipping fee is paid by you directly to the shipping carrier when sending the package back. This fee is not refundable and will not be reimbursed as part of your refund.

Example: If you purchased a $49.95 bottle, you will receive a full refund of $49.95 to your original payment method. The $9.95 return shipping cost is separate and paid by you to ship the item back.

Refund Process

  • Once we receive your returned item, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method for the full purchase amount
  • Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer

Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Products must be in their original packaging (opened or unopened - we understand you may have tried the product)
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
  • You are responsible for ensuring the product is shipped back safely - we recommend using tracked shipping

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on products that show signs of tampering or damage beyond normal use.
